It is advised that children and youth be supervised by adults when practicing self-defense moves. This is due to physical limitations and maturity levels.

Self-defense primarily begins with mind-set. It is not advisable to engage in learning self-defense with immature individuals. Mats are recommended when engaging on the floor.

No prior martial arts experience is necessary. The courses are structured to teach self-defense techniques to individuals regardless of their background or skill level.

The course provides you with unlimited access per the original account holder for a lifetime as long as Defense 4 All is a registered entity.
